Appointed President and CEO of REDI in 2020, Janis leverages over 40 years of leadership and a deep commitment to family services to guide the organization’s strategic vision and operations. She is dedicated to fostering community growth and carrying forward her family's legacy through transformational leadership and a passion for education.

Dr. Kris Bowman

Dr. Kris Bowman is Executive Director of REDI and has spent her entire career in Early Intervention, promoting high-quality, inclusive practices so all young children can access the opportunities they need to thrive. In addition to leading REDI, she teaches and consults in early childhood education and serves in statewide and national leadership roles focused on inclusion and improving outcomes for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities.

As Vice President of Operations, Molly Lackman has been with REDI for over 25 years and oversees daily operations and organizational performance. She brings extensive experience in community support services, nonprofit leadership, workforce development, and early intervention programs that help children and families build brighter futures.
